You brain controls all areas of your life. To what degree you walk, what you have in mind, how you react, your enjoyment and so on arise in your brain. By improving your brain fitness, you could optimize all areas of your life.

The issue, of course, is the black box that is your brain. Up till very recently, even the most brilliant mind in the world have no idea how the brain function. In fact, A lot of people insisted that genetics play a powerful role in deciding your brain function and that no other elements had any effect.

However, now we understand more. We realize there are some things you could do to enhance memory, thinking better, sharpen your analytical skills, sharpen your concentration and handle depression… all those, you could realize through natural means.

One of the most effective methods that doctors had discovered that accomplish these things is simply exercise. Cardio exercise, not memory exercises, to be precise.

A short 15-minute run or a 30-minute stroll each day could do a lot for your brain. It counteract aging, counteract immobility and raise blood flow to your brain. That is in addition to the plethora of benefits to your body in general. So significant the effects of exercise are to our body, number of scientists theorized that humans, indeed, evolved to run.

In addition to raising blood flow, exercising also stimulate the release of some good hormones. These hormones control everything from feelings of disappointment to happiness. Naturally, it lowers harmful hormones like cortisol, which may eliminate neurons.

Hence here is what I hope you to do from today onwards: Go for a slow 15-minute run every day, for a week. If you do not realize a difference, simply stop. Though trust me, you will realize so much improvement in various areas of your life, you would not want to stop!
