Our modern lives are filled with things that cause our bodies to build up toxins. Our diets, smoking, pollution, stress and so on can all affect your bodies and lead to toxin overload. If you have a build up of toxins, then you should do a body cleanse in order to restore balance to your body.
Your body starts to give you little hints when it is struggling under a heavy load of toxins. Some of the signs might be: headaches, constipation, mood swings, acne, bloating, bad breath and fatigue. If you are experiencing any of those you should consider doing a detox to help your body get rid of the build up of waste.
Your liver is the organ in your body that has to break down toxins and help them get eliminated from your body. To do a natural body cleanse you will need to cut out all processed foods for a week and eat and drink only fruits and vegetables. Juicing the fruits and vegies is a great way to do the detox and there are millions of possible juice combinations. Some fruits and vegetables are good at specific health issues, so if you want to target a specific part of your body, then you should do some research and find out which type of fruit is good for it. Citrus fruits for example have a lot of vitamin C and are good at boosting the immune system.
A natural body cleanse is a great idea if you have not been feeling at your best. By getting rid of the processed foods, alcohol and other factors for a week and doing a juice fast with herbs and body brushing, you will feel a thousand times better and your health will be better. You will have more energy and your symptoms should disappear after a body cleansing.
