<description>Hi I have a friend who is 50 years old. She use to be a very active person and up until a few years ago she worked full-time. She is a worrier by nature but lately she has become very paranoid to the point where she won&#039;t go out unless someone is with her from the time she leaves her home and is with her until she reaches home again. Is paranoia a symptom of menopause or is she using this as an excuse for her behaviour.
